I am passionate about helping leaders grow. Through nearly 30 years of leadership experience in corporate America and church ministry, I have gained valuable lessons about what it takes to become an effective, capable, and trusted leader.
My leadership sessions are practical, engaging, and relatable. I use real-life experiences, lessons learned, and meaningful stories to help participants understand leadership concepts and apply them in everyday situations.
The following courses provide a starting point for your leadership development program. Sessions can be offered individually, combined into a training series, or customized to meet the specific needs of your leadership team or organization.
GRP101: Leadership Basic Training
Leadership Basic Training provides participants with a strong foundation for becoming effective, dependable, and self-aware leaders. This session explores the basic expectations and responsibilities of leadership, including what it means to earn the right to lead through trust, consistency, and integrity. Participants will learn the importance of accountability, taking responsibility for their decisions and actions, and developing a greater understanding of their personal strengths, weaknesses, values, and leadership habits. The goal is to help each participant build the mindset and practical skills needed to lead others with confidence and purpose.

Explore different leadership styles, personality traits, and behavioral assessments, including DISC, to better understand how leaders communicate, make decisions, and work with others.
GRP103: Leadership Communication Skills
Develop the skills needed to communicate clearly, listen effectively, address conflict, provide feedback, and build trust within a team.
GRP104: Leadership Organizational Skills
Learn practical strategies for managing priorities, improving productivity, delegating responsibilities, and maintaining an organized and effective team.
GRP105: Leadership Change Management
Prepare leaders to guide people through change, overcome resistance, communicate a clear vision, and support teams during times of transition.
GRP106: Leadership and Mental Wellness
Learn how leaders can promote healthy workplace environments, recognize signs of stress and burnout, establish appropriate boundaries, and support the mental wellness of their teams.
GRP107: How to Build an Effective Team
Discover how to select, develop, motivate, and retain team members while creating a culture of trust, collaboration, accountability, and shared purpose.
