Mental Wellness Foundations is a self-paced, four-week course designed to help you build healthier habits, gain clarity, and take practical steps toward emotional wellness. Each week includes guided lessons, reflection prompts, and simple action steps focused on self-awareness, stress management, emotional balance, and personal growth.
This course is ideal for adults who want encouragement, structure, and practical tools they can work through on their own schedule.
This course is educational and coaching-based. It is not therapy, counseling, diagnosis, or medical treatment.
